This project consisted of the conversion of vacant portions of existing office building into a new 9,260 square foot ambulatory surgery center, featuring 5 operating rooms, 7 Pre-Op & 14 PACU beds (to maximize efficiency of OR use), and support space. Major renovations of building entrance are included.
