Located on a beautiful site with scenic views of the Texas Hill Country, this two-phase project consists of one 3-story, 31,500 sq. ft. custom office building, one 22,000 sq. ft. office building and two 7,500 sq. ft. office buildings. The exteriors are split face block and plaster in colors that complement the hill country environment. Concrete tile roofing, bronze glass, and cedar trim completes the look. The largest of the buildings has an entry atrium, third story vaulted ceilings, and trellis balconies to take full advantage of surrounding views.
